Private activation proposal

Turn the site into a
payment engine.

Arlene’s already has the location, the traffic, the food, the fuel, and the customer relationships. This next build gives the business its own checkout path and gives State of Stick the connected infrastructure behind it.

What we are building

A direct path from hungry customer to paid order.

Customers order through Arlene’s site. Stripe handles the payment infrastructure. Diesel Man, Inc. receives the funds. State of Stick receives the agreed application fee for operating the connected layer.

01

Private “Activate Payments” form

Confirm the business contact, payout entity, and launch scope before anything is created.

02

State of Stick backend

Validate the request, retain the merchant link, and record the onboarding state.

03

Create or link Diesel Man, Inc.

Reuse the existing connected account when available; create one only when needed.

04

Stripe-hosted onboarding

Bipen enters EIN, identity, bank, tax, and payout details directly into Stripe’s secure form.

05

Stripe verifies the account

We wait for charges and payouts to be enabled before turning on live ordering.

06

Customers pay through Arlene’s

The checkout uses the connected merchant account and the agreed application fee.

07

Funds route to Diesel Man, Inc.

Stripe handles the merchant payout flow; State of Stick does not hold customer funds.

08

Measure and improve

Track orders, payment completion, offers, and repeat behavior so the next decision is evidence-based.

Why this can matter

Own the customer path.

A marketplace can help with discovery, but a direct checkout gives Arlene’s a path it controls: the menu, the offer, the customer experience, the order data, and the next reason to come back.

More control

Keep the ordering experience on Arlene’s site instead of sending every customer to someone else’s marketplace.

Less friction

A focused pickup flow can be built around the actual menu, hours, kitchen workflow, and customer questions.

Better learning

Connect offers and ordering behavior to the same system that already manages fuel and daily specials.

Included in the $1,495 activation

The part that makes it real.

  • ✓ Stripe Connect merchant activation and account-state handling
  • ✓ Pickup ordering path designed around Arlene’s menu
  • ✓ Secure Stripe-hosted onboarding handoff
  • ✓ Application-fee routing configuration after written approval
  • ✓ Confirmation, failure, and payout-status handling
  • ✓ First measurement plan for orders, offers, and repeat visits

Before launch

A clean handoff.

Bipen supplies the legal business and payout details directly to Stripe. We do not ask him to send EIN, identity, bank, or tax information through the website or by email.

Important

The agreed application-fee amount and merchant relationship should be confirmed in writing before live checkout is enabled.

The next decision

Build the payment layer once. Grow it from evidence.

TechFlunky Labs handles the implementation and day-to-day operating relationship. State of Stick owns the connected infrastructure opportunity. Arlene’s gets a direct path to more useful customer interactions and paid orders.
